The pipeline: RSS sources feed raw WordPress job listings into Claude Haiku for AI classification. Every listing gets analyzed for position type, work mode, required skills, and company details. The bot extracts a concise summary, generates structured hashtags, and formats each post with branded Telegram markup. Share buttons built into every post for organic distribution.
One rule was non-negotiable from day one: nothing posts without AI enrichment. If classification fails or the daily API cap is reached, jobs stay in the pending queue. Quality over volume. The enrichment pipeline includes retry logic with exponential backoff to handle transient API failures gracefully.
Organic Distribution
Channel submitted to 12 Telegram directories for organic discovery. No paid promotion, no ads — growth through platform-native channels where Telegram users actually search for new content.
Content Operations
Weekly building-in-public cadence established and running: Monday kickoff, Wednesday build log, Friday recap. Three posts per week across Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Consistent output, consistent presence.
