Second brand launched from the GlacierPhonk studio. TillerDad is a fatherhood-first Telegram channel engine — research pipeline, RSS aggregation, Claude-powered content safety, Pinecone deduplication. The bot runs autonomous research cycles and publishes to @TillerDad with prompt injection hardening and content safety gates.
tillerdad.com launched alongside the channel. Blog-first Eleventy SSG with sidebar layout, 10+ Montessori parenting posts published, workshop-industrial visual identity. Full GEO/SEO from day one: BlogPosting, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage, and Organization schema, sitemap, Atom feed, llms.txt, AI crawler directives.

The studio site migrated from static HTML to Eleventy 3. Full Sass architecture with extracted partials and cache-busted bundling. Dedicated /services/ page. Tag archives, sticky sidebar on log posts, RSS autodiscovery. Open source contributions section added to the homepage. Portfolio reframed around internal products. Voice corrected from “we” to “I” throughout.
GEO/SEO overhaul: FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and WebSite schema with @id cross-referencing. BlogPosting enrichment on all posts. AI crawler directives and llms.txt restructured to spec. 404 page redesigned with glitch NFO aesthetic. Five new technical blog posts published.
GlacierPhonk Bot — Security Hardening
The studio inquiry bot received a full security pass. Rate limiting on incoming and outgoing messages, flood control, group chat filtering, deep link payload validation, input length limits, error message escaping. User blocklist with admin commands, abuse pattern monitoring, content hash audit logging.
